This product doesn't include c to c cable. So you have to prepare it. When I got this, the case was opened once before. Because the packing tape has already been cut off ! Fortunately, it works well.

It arrived earlier than expected, But I forgot to buy cables so I can't use it until now. With 3.1 gen 2 c to c cable which I buy from another vendor, it works pretty well. It charge my Wacom Mobile Studio Pro perfectly. I have used it about 3 hours, and it doesn't become hot just warm, especially when I compare it with original charger. I really appreciate it.
